Terms of Service

By using the ZLINGBO global website or content planner, you agree to the terms below.

Nature of the service

ZLINGBO provides marketing-content planning, generated drafts and optional consulting. Output does not constitute legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice and does not guarantee reach, bookings, sales or revenue.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for confirming facts, prices, dates, availability, customer permissions, copyright, advertising claims and platform rules before publishing. You must not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing or discriminatory material.

Pilot pricing and paid services

Displayed global pricing is introductory pilot pricing. Final scope, generation limits, service period, payment method, cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed before a paid engagement begins.

Submitted material and output

You retain rights in material you lawfully submit. Subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms, you may use generated output after completing your own review. ZLINGBO retains rights in its brand, product interface, methods and original website content.

Availability

Model providers, network conditions and product updates may interrupt or change parts of the service. We may adjust, suspend or discontinue pilot capabilities when reasonably necessary.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZLINGBO is not responsible for indirect losses caused by unreviewed publication, inaccurate input, platform enforcement or reliance on generated drafts. These terms are operational information and are not legal advice.
