This policy explains how ZLINGBO handles information submitted through the global website, content planner and consultation workflow.
Information you provide
When you request an audit, we may collect your name, contact details, business name, website or social handle, country, industry, preferred contact time and the business problem you describe. The content planner processes the business, offer, audience, market and channel information you enter.
Product analytics
We record first-party events such as page visits, calls to action, generation starts and completions, exports and inquiry submissions. We use a random browser session identifier to understand the path from a landing page to a product outcome. We do not use this identifier for cross-site advertising.
How information is used
Information is used to produce the requested content, respond to inquiries, operate and secure the service, understand product adoption and improve the website. We do not sell personal information or publish private business input.
AI processing
When a live model provider is configured, the minimum text needed for generation is sent to that provider. Do not enter payment details, government identifiers, confidential customer data or trade secrets that are not required for the task.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery and legitimate business records. Reasonable access controls and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us through the inquiry page to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We may verify the associated contact method before completing a request.
Regional requirements
